- 1 Banana (The Riper The Banana The Sweeter The Smoothie)
- 1 Cup of Milk
- Frozen Berries
- 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
You can add Almond Milk, Water, Coconut Water or Coconut Milk instead of regular milk, you can add protein powder and any other types of fruits. Make it how you want it!
